Custom Bot needed

Custom Bot design needed. This bot will be an advertising bot that works on the Y*hoo Instant Messenger platform. Bot will perform the following functions: 1. Select a proxy from a text file list 2. login to yahoo messenger, using logins and passwords from a txt file 3. search for online users and send them the advertisement text via im 4. Bot should be capable of multi-threading, if possible. 5. Bot should have fail-safe function. If an error occurs, the bot should dump the username and proxy and log-in with another, not hang. Requirements: 1. Select proxies from txt file 2. Select username and password from txt file 3. Select advertisement from text file 4. Multi-threading (to increase speed) 5. Server based-login and verification required. Server based login requirements. Upon loading, the bot should automatically connect to a server, and verify the license key. Also the program should be split, so that part of the startup program for the bot is loaded from the server (to prevent cracking). This bot should run from a windows platform, the server side can be windows or unix based. I will retain sole rights to this program.
