C++ SENIOR coder needed to make plugin between 2 programs

Need a C++ SENIOR coder needed to make plugin between 2 programs. What the plugin/mod will do is to make 1 program send out capcthca info to the other program ( who then tries to solve the captcha) - and then it sends back the info to the first program. You must be highly skilled and experienced senior coder to make the plugin. The API for the other program is not open so it must be "tricked" somehow. Please write what experinece you have with C++ .
