Convert 5 PSD's to existing Wordpress child_theme

Hi, For a website that use Wordpress Clipper theme ([login to view URL]), I've created PSD design of it. I Need to convert this 5 PSD to HTML and CSS. Requirement: - The HTML structure must still the same as Wordpress Clipper theme and child_theme I created - Only CSS changes based on existing wordpress theme and child_theme - No programming need only layout and CSS changes. Please create a milestoe for the 1 PSD to HTML and CSS first.. After aproval of first PSD conversion I will create another milestones.. Thanks
