Convert a site to mobile responsive.

My current site is [login to view URL] is not mobile friendly. When you visit it on your phone or tablet it goes to the full site. You need to make this mobile friendly so that people can easily search for homes, get more information and contact the site owner directly. The website was built with ColdFusion. You have to make the site fully(100%) responsive. You can see http://www.bocahome.com. I need the current site will be similar responsive as [login to view URL] without changing any design. The mobile version (small and large) and the tablet version looks way different than the computer version.
