Comments migration to Wordpress from non-wordpress site

I am setting up a Wordpress site for a client and need to migrate 1000+ comments from the previous site (non-wordpress). The comments are actually questions and answers. Each question has none or one answer (threaded comment).
- I want a file delivered which includes comments that I can import into Wordpress.
- Comments should be threaded (only two levels: one comment and one answer - see current site for reference). The answer should be a reply to the question.
- There is a name specified for each question on the current site, but the answers (nested comment) does not have a name. For these comments, I want the name to be "Bäckmans" and the user_id to be "1" (this is a wp admin user).
- Comments should be imported so that they can be migrated to Disqus later (Disqus wp plugin can export and import regular wp comments to Disqus, which I will do). So as long as the comments are entered/imported like regular wp comments it will be fine.
- Date should be correct.

I am currently working locally on the wp site, but I don't think you need any access since you will deliver an XML file... You can install wp locally and test-import to a standard wp install. You could also try to install Disqus plugin to verify that the comments can be copied there after you have imported them to wp.
