Add Google Analytics Tracking code/make small adjustment to wordpress site

Hi, For some reason I'm having trouble adding google analytics code to my site. I've tried a few plugins/an SEO plugin and can'et get it to work. I would like someone to: 1) Remove any broken/non working analytics code I've added to the header .php and add a new one that works. 2) centralise a contact us form on the contact us page of our site that is currently set to the left of the page. Hopefully a quick and easy fix for someone! Thanks,
