Convert SocialEngine Website to BuddyPress

We have a rather large community website based on Social Engine that we are wanting to fully convert to BuddyPress, here is all that must be transferred: - all accounts and passwords - all profile fields and information - all uploaded photos and music - all forum topics and boards - all groups (not sure if needed at this point though) Regarding template/design, we are open to suggestions, but database/functionality are more important right now that figuring out how to make the new BuddyPress site look pretty.
