Adjustments to Wordpress theme with WPML

Hi, There's some stuff I'd like to have changed to this Wordpress template: [login to view URL] I used the WPML (Wordpress Multi Language) plugin. 1) The yellow menu should be fixed (folded out) all the time. Please make sure it won't overlap the content pages 2) Currently you see a white bar with three flags on it. The bar shouldn't be there at all. Instead, I'd like to have those three flags in the upper right corner of the yellow menu, without a different background. Use +/- 20px spacing 3) Adjustments should be checked in multiple browsers (IE 7 and up, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) 4) Please send me a detailed description of the adjustments you made, so I can learn from it 5) The texts you see on top of the large images should change into the translated versions when you choose another language (see translations below).
