Blog assistant for local food website

Eat Local Ballarat is a new website dedicated to helping the people of Ballarat (Victoria, Australia) eat more locally, seasonally, and sustainably. I need a "jack of all trades" assistant to help with some of my regular blogging, social media, and communication tasks.
Initially these will include:
* Enter events into a calendar, based on information in a spreadsheet (using Wordpress plugin "The Events Calendar Pro"). There would be a handful of events to enter each month.
* Transcribe interviews (usually about 30 minutes long) from audio files into a Wordpress blog post. This would typically be about once a month.
* Research "round up" blog posts, eg. "Ballarat's best local bakeries" -- I will provide initial pointers and you will use Google and other online resources to create a directory with contact details, in the form of a Wordpress post. Sample/template will be provided. This would typically be about once a month.
* Create maps using Google My Maps, save as KML, and import to Wordpress to use in geotagged articles (using Wordpress plugin "Geo Mashup"). Instructions provided. Every 6 weeks or so on average.
* Draft regular (weekly or fortnightly, TBD) Mailchimp newsletter with summaries of recent blog posts. Template provided.
* Send out regular emails to our sources/contacts asking them for information (eg. "Do you have any events coming up?") using Mailchimp. Usually monthly.
* Post to instagram according to provided templates/formula (for instance, promote new blog posts, or regram pictures tagged #eatlocalballarat). A few times a week.
Later, budget permitting, I would like to grow the role to include:
* Draft regular blog posts according to templates (eg. "What's in season this month") based on either information provided, or research you will undertake. Typically 3-5 posts/month.
* Background research for in-depth articles. Find history/background about a local business from sources such as local newspaper and other media, and summarise (in Wordpress). Typically 1-2 per month.
* Create simple graphics for blog and social media (stock or provided photograph with text overlay, with simple manipulations and specified sizes). Sample/template/instructions provided, but if you're good with graphics I could certainly use your creativity! A couple a week.
* Edit recipes and format them using an appropriate Wordpress plugin (TBD) to be SEO and print friendly. 1-2 per month.
* SEO research: keywords, backlinks, influencers as needed. Details TBD.
Tools you will use:
* Wordpress (including plugins mentioned above)
* Mailchimp
* Coschedule
* Google Spreadsheets
* Google My Maps
* Slack
* Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools as needed (TBD)
I would expect us to communicate mostly via Slack ([login to view URL]). You don't have to be local. I am available to work on this project in the early mornings (6-8am), evenings (6-9pm) and anytime Fri-Sun, Australian Eastern time - if we wanted to "meet" in real time we would have to do it during these hours.
I've listed the time required as "not sure" but I would imagine we'd start at a couple of hours per week then expand from there.
