I am the owner of a domain about INSURANCE, but I do not have time to manage a blog, and would like to begin to monetize it. I'm looking for an experienced partner in blogging and Adsense with whom I will share 50-50% of future earnings, who can take care to transfer the domain to a better hosting, build a simple blog with Wordpress, find articles, get an adsense account, get traffic and do SEO for all the time needed. I can invest initially up to $ 250-300 divided thus: $ 50 immediately, for starting $ 100 when the site is ready, with articles and ads $ 100-150 after the first earnings with Adsense. I need someone who can really produce gains from the site, and we can have a contract. I want to remain owner of the site, but not necessarily of the adsense account. This project could start in December. Thank you
