Changing text in the comment form

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.6, using the theme Weaver II Pro 2.0

The site has 141 active plugins.

I need two pieces of text changed in the comment form:

1. When there is a comment already written there is an option to reply yo the comment.

2. The title of the content form

I will send the freelancer the text in Hebrew that should be replaced in these 2 locations.

I want the work to be done by one of tho options:

a. adding a line of CSS via Jepack's CSS editor - in this case freelancer to send me the CSS snippet needed to be add to achieve the requested result.

b. creating a custom plugin - - in this case freelancer to send me a custom plugin

Freelancer will not have access to my sites

Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Work will be done on test site and when successful I will add the CSS snippet to live site.

Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting [login to view URL] required:
