Civicrm (wordpress) configuration and setup

We need someone with experience in setting up civicrm to help us configure the system.
Specifically:
a) a Timestamp error between PHP and Wordpress
b) Checking our mailchimp sync works properly
c) setting up mandrill transactional emails so we can send directly from Civicrm without getting blocked as spam.
We would require someone with previous experience in CiviCrm. There may also be ongoing work to help us maintain this.
