Combine JS & CSS File and correct CSS for Header

Website is live and can be viewed at: [login to view URL] Here is what needs to be done: 1. Combine external JavaScript. 2. Combine external CSS. 3. Remove query string from ONE static resource, which is: [login to view URL] 4. Navigation links in the header change size when going from page to page on site (go from normal to small, then back to normal again). This could be defaulting to theme then CSS override when surfing pages within the website 5. Info bar needs to land in the same spot in mobile as it does in desktop view. Site is very responsive for desktop. It has been tested in pingdom and GTmetrix. I would like the site to be more responsive for mobile. Freelancer should have good communication skills and reviews. One last thing, apparently CSS for header is not working well with Bold Themes for Wordpress. Bold Themes has checked the site and recommended to place header back to it's original state and re-design it properly. The way the header is designed now is how it should be, however, CSS file should be done correctly! Lastly, this code needs to be inserted in the [login to view URL] file: [login to view URL] .btIco .btIcoHolder:hover:before { color: #24CAE2!important; } All social media icons on website (Blog pages as well) are to illuminate when hovering over them. Icons should appear in order from left to right, facebook, linkedin, twitter, youtube. Social media icons on the Blog pages are currently not illuminating as they are in the header. Thank you.
