Convert 1 site from wordpress multisite to single wordpress site, so it will have its own domain

I want to copy ONLY one site from my wordpress multisite so this site will have it own domain and not sub-domain (without domain mapping plugin)

I think best steps:

1. Copy/clone full multiste to other fresh Cpanel (same server so the host company can do it)

2. Remove all other sites from it (keep only this one)

3. Make this site to be main site on the wordpress multisite so it will not be in sub-domain (including moving its images where main site images located)

4. Convert wordpress mutlisite to wordpress single site installation

Before the project my site's url was: [url removed, login to view] and not it be [url removed, login to view] (if you have better way to do it, let me know)
