Copying Text and editing theme from another site

I have a website and we've installed a theme. What I need is somebody to copy and paste text from one site to another. Then we need to make all the colours like the businesses branding.
This job shouldn't take long for somebody, Everything is laid out for you, you just need to edit the text and tidy it up.
Website is installed on my dev server, the theme is installed, all the pages are created, you will be given the wordpress login details to copy and paste text, and fix up any colours.
