Aim: Re-structure/Redesign current help section of our website

Requirement

• Our help section would be divided into two broad categories (Category A/Category B)

• Home page primarily to be used to re-direct the customers to two different help categories based upon their selection

• Each Customer category to consist of Process flows/FAQ’s/Video’s pertaining to each customer activity

• Customer concern’s in each category to be classified under 5-6 subheads, which needs to be highlighted on the front page of both Category (A & B)

• Trending/Hot search options on the homepage/front page of both category (A&B)

• Left sidebar for categorization of issues in both Categories (A&B)

• Right Sidebar for related searches/videos

• Centre body for process flows & FAQ

• Live chat widget (to be finalized)

• Accessibility to toggle from Category A to B with the help of tab in the menu

• Easy to customize

• User friendly & easy to navigate
