delete one size in Responsive Template + one problem with Ads

between fullsize (1) and mobile sizes (3) is a wrong size with a demolished view (2) in my responsive template. I would like to have a direct change between the good templates (1) and (3) + there is a problem with my ads if the sidebar is on leftside (they are not shown most times) if the sidebar is right, they are shown every time (4) & (5) - i would need that fixed for default sidebar and default sidebar sticky
