Hello,
we are planning on releasing a 100% internet company and we need to make it 100% legal in a country with low tax rate.
The company will sell its services to the clients directly and there will be multiple levels of resellers in the business plan.
It will be actually a multi-level-marketing company (direct selling company) with the website beeing the only way of operating.
Within the website a client will have the option to be either a client or client/reseller of our services.
People who will be our clients will pay their membership in order to have access to our members area while clients/resellers will have also the ability to resell our services to their clients and get commissions.
We need the company to fulfill the following criteria:
1) 100% legal
2) Have a Low tax rate (you can propose us in which country you think it is better)
3) Virtual Offices with a real address for getting mail and answering calls
4) We need a local telephone number
5) Setup a bank account where the capital of the company and the fees will go when they are deposited by clients/resellers
It will be better for us if the person who will take care of these things will be an inhabitant in the proposed country and should be able to cooperate with us in the future.
