Import GNUCash accounts, customers, and transactions into Quickbooks online

I have about 2.5 years of accounting records in GNUCash for a small consulting business. I am switching to Quickbooks Online, and I need help getting all this existing data imported. I know that there is no direct import tool for this job, so I am looking for someone who has done this before. I estimate that there are about 2000 different entries in all accounts combined. I would like the following data to be added to Quickbooks online: - Chart of accounts (about 100 records) - Customer data (about 10-20 records) - Past invoices (about 50 records) - All financial transactions (about 2000 records) I use a little bit of use of multiple currencies. I would like the data in Quickbooks to be tagged with classes and customers so I can have detailed reporting. If you have suggestions for how to best configure Quickbooks Online so I can organize and streamline my business, that is also valuable to me. As for the budget, I am willing to consider both intermediate and advanced rates. The main issue for me is that you have done a similar import before. I would like to have a clear idea of the total cost. I am also happy negotiating a fixed price rather they paying by the hour. Please include: - Your rate. Either hourly rate with estimated number of hours for the project or a fixed price for the entire project. - Your estimate of when the project could be completed - Have you ever imported data from GNUCash into Quickbooks Online? - What experience do you have with GNUCash?

Hi there, I will do the data import and will maintain your account in quickbooks from GNU cash i have done a similar kind of importing before from tally to quickbooks so i have an idea of how it will be done. It will be a manual work but its possible. I am open to both kind of rates whether its per hour or fixed, message me so that we can discuss it and take it further. My hourly rate will be $ 15 per hour. It will take 20 days to complete this work. I haven't imported GNU cash to quickbooks before but i am sure i will do it. I have an experience of around 1 uear on working with GNUcash. Thanks

Dear client, I have very little experience in GNU Cash but still, i can do this and as you have mentioned we cannot directly import the data into Quickbooks but we can do all alterations in Excel and then import into Quickbooks and if i am given a chance, i will solve this issue. I have 18 yrs of exp. in core accounting. Certification in Quickbooks Pro Online and Xero. Total 12 years – 8 years of experience in QuickBooks Pro2000, 4 years experience in QuickBooks Pro 2008 to 2015, Quickbooks Online and XERO, MYOB, Wave Accounting, GNU Cash. Types of companies worked :- Gas and conventional stations, Restaurants, Hotel, Food Mart, Hospital and Pediatrician, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Wholesale, Retail, Maintenance Service, Investments, Kids Care School, etc. In a nutshell, i can control and maintain full set of accounting system including Account Receivable, Account Payable, Fixed Assets, Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet Statement, Cash book, General Ledger and prepare all statements for tax purposes, as per the directions. Moving forward, i can dedicate up to 20 hours/week and my daily working hours are negotiable. If the contract is finalized for long term basis then i can dedicate more hours. I will be available for online meetings either through Gmail or Skype and will be thankful if one day prior intimation is given for preliminary online meetings.
