Design an Advertisement -- 2

I'm looking for a design that can be repurposed as a 2D/3D Book Cover, DVD Cover, Banner and Facebook Ad. The title for the Book, Webinar, Video etc will be: Over Worked and Under Appreciated The Sub title will be (and this will probably change a few times): How to escape the rat race in 90 days or less working only 2 hours per week. The by line will be: Glenn Marin and Jon Paul Bruce The book, videos, webinars etc will be about how to combine the power of Network Marketing and Social Media to build a successful business in your spare time. The graphic for the book that I currently have in mind is a picture of a hamster wheel that also looks like a clock with a person walking inside. The person will represent certain professions like Nurses, Business Men and Women, Personal Trainers, Lawyers, Accountants etc. So there will be various versions of the graphic depending on which profession we are looking to target at that particular time. The first version I would like to see would be of a 2D/3D book cover of a Nurse in the Hamster wheel clock, with other variations to be done at a later date. I'd also like to see a first draft by 5pm, Monday September 14th.
