I would like to hire an After Effects Designer

Music video - Hip Hop ok the plan is to have real people shot in this video. It will be shot soon and I need video editing for this video done. Also few effects, crowd of people desaper in smoke, or desapear in to dust, electric eyes, red - blood eyes, or cyber - robot blue eyes, slow motion flying and slowly turning radiation glowing stone , like green fire sort of effect on it. Aslo need to shoot on green background in studio so after you can do effect on it and make it look like doctors room and room inside crazy house - mental clinic with soft padded walls, where i be on the floow chained to the walls, on my knees . Can you do it all super looking, how long to do it and how much to pay you please.
