About Us:
Based on a true passion for motorcycles and travelling, Henrik Svartz founded Odinsberg in 2021 with the mission to provide affordable motorcycle luggage to the adventurous motorcycle traveller. The business model is to sell our products online and our main focus has been on Amazon where we are providing our products on all North American and European marketplaces. We are now looking to grow our product portfolio on Amazon and also start promoting our own ecommerce website to generate direct sales from there.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Seller Assistant to join our team. As an Amazon Seller Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our Amazon seller account. You will work closely with the Amazon Marketplace, helping to drive sales, improve product listings, and provide excellent customer service to our online customers.
Furthermore, you will maintain a close relationship with our manufacturing partners (mainly based in China) and our logistic partners in order to ensure that the supply chain and logistics are optimised.
Lastly, as we are currently only a small team we are looking for someone who is willing to grow with the company and become a key resource of our team. To start with your role will be quite transversal spanning across several different areas. However, as we grow both our product portfolio and our team you will become more focused within a specific area or product.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing and Optimization: Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, including writing compelling product descriptions, adding high-quality images, and managing keywords for SEO.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are in stock and available for sale.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Interaction with Amazon Seller Support: Open and follow up on issues where we need help from the Amazon Seller Support team-
Order Processing: Process and fulfil customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitors' listings and pricing strategies, making recommendations for price adjustments and product improvements.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Marketing and Promotion: Assist in developing and implementing PPC and marketing campaigns and promotions to boost product visibility and sales.
Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics tools to make informed decisions and track the success of various initiatives.
Supplier Management: Negotiate price and place new orders with existing suppliers.
Supplier Sourcing: Find and investigate appropriate suppliers for new and existing products.
Manage VAT filings: Review and file VAT for all EU countries.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
Minimum 2 years of previous experience as an Amazon Seller Assistant.
Expertise within Amazon Seller Central.
Expertise within the Amazon Ads platform and experience in managing PPC campaigns.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Amazon SEO.
Experience with customer service/support.
Nice To Haves:
A passion for motorcycles.
Experience within fashion, luggage and/or other textile/garment related industries.
Knowledge within other relevant e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify).
Experience within supply chain management and logistics.
Graphic designs skills and proficiency in Canva to create and edit simple graphic designs.
Photo and video editing skills.
Proficiency with other European languages, e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian.
