Hi I need apps to IOS and Android for parking officer. When a car exceeds the time limit in the parking lot/area then they will get a parking charge for it. So instead of doing it manual then we want to use the mentioned apps to do that where the parking officer can enter the necessary data as car, model, registration number of the car, date, time, address etc., into the app and belong to these data the parking officer can take pictures of the car, where all these data will be sent to the central server to process as statistics to shown on the backend/admin and also to communicate the data with the existing it-systems as Microsoft C5, so it can be registered there. The apps (IOS and Android) need to communicate with a specific printer, when the parking officer enter all necessary data into the app and after taking the last picture, the parking officer will be able to print these data out as a receipt to put it on the car. The communication between the app and printer can be through Bluetooth. Right now I need an estimate time and price for develop these apps and backend. More specific information will come later. Only the best candidate will be chosen. So your references will have high influence for our choose. All IPR rights will be own of us. So there need explanation for all codes so a third party can take over if the cooperation stops. And you must be ready to explain the third party how to take over or develop the apps and backend further. One year for free service warranty for bugs and errors after developing and testing.
