java developer for an android project

Looking for a freelancer to write a java class to act as a repository to read and write files from android app to windows 10 shared folder. bottom line - we need the ability to write a file from android app to be opend from windows 10 pc and the other way around. class should be created with the use of JCIFS ([login to view URL]), but we are open minded to any creative solution. class should have the following functions: write(String filePath, String folderName) - providing a path to a file in the internal storage, the class take the file and copy it to a local network shared folder (so we can access it via windows10 pc that have access to the shared folder). read(String fileName, String folderName) - returns a copy of a file named fileName from folderName shared folder. getNetworkName() - return string with the name of the local network (probably the name of the Wi-Fi that the device is connected to) getPCnames() - return a list of pc connected to the network. getFolderNames() - return a list of folder names that are shared on the network. getFiles(String folderName) - return a list of files inside folderName shared folder. you can assume that: -the device is connected to a network via Wi-Fi, and on the network there are shared folders. -a pc is connected to the same network. -the files will be mainly .txt, .db, .xlsx, .xls post an offer for payment (even if it over the stated budget)
