node.js backend for android app

Hi I represent a small company - Mifort. I believe we can help you. Your application approximately will take 2 weeks. But all depends on scalability requirements, deployment and integration. Do you already install this external tool to run via exec? Who will be integrate your mobile application with node.js application?

I have a lot of experience dealing with small node js services. I could start working on this service right away. If all it does is converting an image to some program's output without authentication, user management or any kind of need for storage of photos, then this can be done in less than two days. Also, you should consider performance penalty of running an external program using child processes. It would be much faster if the program being executed as child process could be ported to node and then imported into the nodejs backend service to avoid spawning a new process for every client request.
