Angular PWA for Complaint Management System

Need to build a PWA in Angular for Complaint Management System for a Organization which will have the following components -

~ a sign in page

~ a sign up page for external user (a stakeholder working for organization but not a part of organization)

~ a user dashboard with following functionalities

- file a new complaint

- view his filed complaint

- view his profile

- change password

- get notification when status of complaint change

~ a moderator/incident officer dashboard to resolve the complaint with following functionalites

- able to view all the complaints/incidents assigned to his area

- filter incidents based on some fields (8 to 10)

- able to change some values of complaint/incident while keeping some disabled

- able to assign the complaint/incident to someone via mail (outlook)

- able to export the data to excel

- and a few more functionality

~ an admin dashboard to -

- add new moderator/incident officers

- update the kyc status of new registrations (users)

- have access to all the complaints

- filter option to view complaints

- count of complaints based on status, category, area etc.

- charts to depict in graphical form

- able to export the data to excel

- and few more things

~ super admin dashboard -

- all the admin functionality

- able to add new admin

The application should all the functionalities and services to connect to backend

It should work in offline mode as well and prompt the user to application to home screen
