Complete a proof of concept Angular website I'm building

The project is centered around building a fictional hotel web site and management system. I have already completed most of the work. The list of exact task that a prospective worker has to complete is below. I will supply you with a work in progress project and you will build on top of it. Chosen developer(s) will be provided with access to the aforementioned Angular project before they submit their final bid(s).
In the project I've used Angular 8, Bootstrap 4, PHP, MySql, HTML and CSS.
You are not exacted to write state-of-the-art code. But the website must be responsive.
Tasks are:
1) On top of the provided project add Rooms search feature. Implement this using a PHP webservice and Angular Pipes. the webservice is supposed to return a JSON encoded list of rooms available in the hotel. The list should contain all needed data about rooms i.e. size, name, surface area etc. And an Angular Pipe has to to filter the rooms by number of beds and surface area.
2) Next add the ability of adding hotel rooms to the system. This needs to be implemented using a PHP web services and Angular Forms.
3) Next add authentication and authorization using a web service created with PHP(auth and registration pages are already made, but they are not using a PHP webservice). And ensure that a user cannot access room adding feature if not logged in.
4) And in the end extend the project to allow the logged in user to see all rooms, add new, remove and update current rooms. Rooms must be shown in a Bootstrap table. And Angular Routes with parameters must be used.
