Baby Announcement

I've found out that I'm pregnant and its baby number 3. There's something special about this pregnancy because I had my tubes tied when I had number 2 baby. So we thought of a creative way to announce it. The storyline goes like this. Start: Scene one... Sperms with husbands face swimming up a canal to hit a wall (being the clamp on the tube), they all complain and some then play darts, watch sports on TV and one sits on a couch pondering how to get through the wall. All of a sudden it gets up stands at the wall and vanishes then reappears on the other side. Leaving the other sperms completely perplexed as to where he's gone. Then he makes his way further up until he see the egg. The egg is sitting there drinking a cocktail and reading 50 shades of grey. When the egg notices the sperm it shrieks and drops its glass. Then questions the sperm as to how it got there and points out its a no sperm zone (sign on the wall). The egg is very rude, cold and angry at the sperms presence. So the sperm gets to work by wooing the egg then eventually after pouring the 8th cocktail the egg warms up to it and allows the sperm through. The sperm thinks its going to paradise but like a nuclear explosion it becomes a fetus. End of scene. Scene 2 is based on the humans. The mother is driving her car, singing on her way to an interview which goes extremely well. Then the husbands call asking if she needs anything from the grocery store and she says she needs some sanitary items from the woman's isle. Begrudgingly the husband hands up and is on his way. The items are placed on the mantle above the toilet then the days go by 1...2...3, still no one really notices. She feels nauseous walking into the butcher but is craving red meat. She notices thai food she normally likes tastes like soap. Then on the 6th day she is getting her nails done by a pregnant woman and a light bulb goes off. She ducks off to the pharmacy in the same mall and then the toilets to do a pregnancy test. The test is put in her pocket and she goes to the gym where she's starting to look good again. After the gym, she remembers her test and pulls it out in the car on her way home to see it tested positive. She is stunned and shocked at the same time. She walks into the house to be greeted by 2 young screaming boys 1 and 4. Her husband is shouting at them with his hair up on end and complaining that she took her time. She's still not registering the chaos around her. It's not until her husband notices his attempts to get a reaction from her (10min later) he comes closer as shes staring at nothing out the kitchen window and he asks if shes ok. Then she breaks the news "I'm pregnant", husbands initial reaction is she's joking, then she doesn't react, then he states that its not possible, still no reaction then asks how she knows and she pulls out the pregnancy test. Husband goes into shock. (then this part I'm not sure how to close the scene so any tips?)
