Phone sized video (portrait) for birthday invite. Small animation with karaoke text.

Looking for ananimator to create a phone-sized video (portrait orientation) for a birthday party invitation. The video will have a small animation with karaoke text (a ball which bounces between words) and finish with a QR code on the screen.
THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE VERY URGENTLY.
NOTE: The attached PDF shows scrolling text. Please also look at attached IMG_0858. Ideally, we would prefer each verse (4 lines) being displayed in the middle of the screen in BLACK text, with a bouncing PINK karaoke-style ball moving between each word.
Specific Elements and Visuals:
- Plain white background
- The animation should include a statue crashing from the top of the screen to land in the middle with a crash
- The text should then show up on screen in BLACK, with a bouncing PINK balls which moves from word to word, karaoke style.
- Needs to end with the QR code displayed
Duration:
- The desired duration of the video is around 30 seconds or so.
