CSS & HTML SMALL PROJECT

we need someone to make a [url removed, login to view] with the css in the header of the page. The index page needs to look just like the attached image. It needs to be as close as possible to the image attached. the text needs to be editable text(html), and the 6 images can be copied from the original image. We need the second line duplicated so that there are 9 articles instead of 6. the image is here: [url removed, login to view] Thanks.
