iPhone app

I bought an iPhone app from boonex.com....IT's the same one from the app store called boonex. I have all the files because I own it now. I have rights to customize it. When u first login u have to enter a URL to connect to which than asks for your login and password. I Need the app customized where when it first loads up it goes to my site and asks for a login like facebook or myspace. Than I need someone explain how I submit it to the apple store through my developer account.

(No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
