DDWRT-Freeradius-Chilli- Mobile Authentication

I am looking at freelancer to help me with my project. Currently, we are providing free wifi in our property. We have utilized Freeradius along with DD-WRT ( Firmware) and Chillispot ( Captive Portal) for User name and Password authentication. We want to now move to Mobile / OTP authentication. We have build the front end on php , we now need to integrate them on the hotspot so that the users can entire the OTP received on their mobile to get the access to Internet. I am happy to pay a fixed price but don't have any budget in mind. I want to award this project to the freelancer whose bid is low and lesser timelines. I'm looking for freelancer who has experience working on these kind of project.
