Develop an App for iOS and Android

Need an app developed and designed for both iOS and Android. This is the detailed brief of the app. Your proposal must be accurate as no changes in price will be accepted. We will not accept low quotes just to get us chatting and then an increase is price. For this reason the brief is as detailed as possible. If you have questions, you must tell me in your proposal that your bid is not final. All proposals must start off with 'Hi obabouras". The app will be an app for employees to clock in and clock out. They will enter their name and surname. They will enter the address where they are working. They will click a button that will say: "Start work". In order for the "Start work" button to be available, Location Services must be enabled for the app. If it is not enabled, then the "Start work" button cannot be pressed and a message pops up that tells them to switch on location services. They can click a button "OK" to get rid of the message. As soon as "Start work" is pressed, a message pops up telling them that if at any time location services are switched off, their work clock will stop. They can click on "I understand" to get rid of the message. Then, the front facing photo camera app will open and will take a photo of the user. No option to use pre-existing photo from library. A gps location is attached to the photo so exact location of starting work is known. As soon as the photo is taken, the app starts timing them and can work in the background. At 15 minute intervals, it pings takes the gps signal of where the user is. When the user stops working, they can click the button "Stop work". Then the photo app opens again, takes a photo of them and gps coordinate tags the photo. The clock then stops counting their time. And shows their start and finish time for the day. As soon as that happens, a file is sent through the app to an email address that includes the start time, the finish time, their name and surname, the address that they entered at the beginning, the two gps coordinates for start and finish, the gps coordinates in between that have been taken at 15 minute intervals and the two photos at medium resolution quality.
