Create framework mobile app (Appcelerator Alloy) . Linked to online database to pull down records and images for offline use.

create initial app interface framework linked to local database for offline use. Ability to sync records from online database. UI final design will be done by us.

Main menu with image buttons > once button is tapped grouped category list view is displayed > once item in list view is tapped go to details page for item with images. Also will require hamburger slideout menu linked to main category items. This all needs to be pulled from database including images.
