Arduino - four sketches needed

I have made four signs to entertain my grandkids. I now want to now animate them with Arduino Unos in each one plus a servo or two, a couple of LEDs and buzzer. One has 16 LEDs that needs two shift registers. I will be using PIR sensors on some and SR04 sensors on some. I need millis timing for these and that is something I cannot yet do. For someone experiences with millis timing on Arduinos these four programs will probably be considered short and easy. I have what I believe you will find are clear instructions to follow.
