Python developer — IoT project using ESP32 — Western Balkans, Eastern Europe, Russian Federation, and Egypt only (24 May 2020)

*** LOCATION *** You must live in... 1. Bosnia and Herzegovina (my most preferred country), or 2. Kosovo, or 3. Montenegro, or 4. Serbia, or 5. Albania, or 6. North Macedonia. If you do not live in one of the countries listed above then I am willing to consider working with you if you live in... 7. Ukraine, or 8. Belarus, or 9. Romania, or 10. Moldova, or 11. The Russian Federation, or 12. Egypt (my least preferred country). Please do *not* apply for this project if you live in Croatia, Greece, or Bulgaria because the cost of living is too high in those countries. Also, please do *not* apply for this project if you live in Turkey. Because relatively few people live in the countries I specified in the Western Balkans, I am willing to consider working with a resident of Ukraine, Belarus, Romania, Moldova, The Russian Federation, or Egypt. However, frankly I have not had good experiences dealing with people who live in those countries. In particular, I have had a very difficult time dealing with people who live in The Russian Federation and Egypt. Let me reiterate: I am not speaking (writing) based on abstract theories but rather based on my own personal experiences. I am sorry if I have offended your sense of national pride. Really. I am. Perhaps your country is a great place to live (except for your country's government, which, let me guess, is infamously corrupt). However, I am not interested in your country generally. Really. I am not. Please understand that I don't want you to waste one of your bids applying for this project. I know you have limited bids to "spend" on Freelancer.com. See, I would be willing to work on this project with someone from Bosnia and Herzegovina or Kosovo who seems like merely a good candidate to me but in order for me to work with someone from The Russian Federation or Egypt, the candidate would need to seem like an excellent candidate to me. *** OVERVIEW *** Using text chat (*not* video chat, but simply text chat) you will work with me one hour each day or night (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) to design, code, and develop an IoT product using MicroPython running on an ESP32 microcontroller. *** RATE *** I will pay you ten US dollars per hour via Freelancer.com. However, because Freelancer.com normally collects a 10% fee, you will probably only receive nine US dollars per hour. Please do *not* apply for this project if you want me to pay you more than ten US dollars per hour via Freelancer.com. *** NO ELECTRONICS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY *** I am not concerned with your electronics experience. Therefore, you neither need experience with ESP32 nor microcontrollers nor electronics nor electrical engineering nor mechatronics nor Arduino nor PCB nor circuit design. See, I want to work with a man who is a very intelligent Python developer but not necessarily a man who has electronics experience. In other words, for this project I value intelligence over experience. *** DAYS AND HOURS *** You must work with me (using text chat) for *one* hour between 3pm to 10pm (GMT+2) on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I want to be clear: you must work with me for one hour on each of the days listed above. However, you may choose a different time period to work with me (for one hour) on each day we work together.
