Article Writer/Content Writer needed for long term

I need couple of professional article writer who have a flair for writing articles and blog posts and answering questions in forums. I have continuous flow of work and this position is good for someone who can write at least 2000-3000 words each week. The pay is initially $3 for each 500 words.
If the writer can prove his/her worth, the pay may increase in future.
Please provide 3 examples (not more, not less, online or offline) of your writing. The candidate might be asked to write a sample of 200 words for test purpose he/she doesn't provide any sample or the sample isn't good enough.
