Article Re-Writer Needed

We are looking for qualifying individual to work on manual spinning of text. Your task will be to take our given articles and spin text manually, word by word to re-write manually 5 to 6 words per each sentence. We are looking for someone with basic to medium level english language with ability to do research on Google for words and to replace words quickly in sentences and paragraphs.
Your task is to do the following:
1) Quickly read 1st paragraph and beging re-writing it.
2) Research similar words, synonims and quickly replace and re-write words.
3) Your task is to make sure that 60% to 80% of words are replaced.
4) Your responsability is to provide Minimum of 3 re-written, manully edited articles of 360 words to 550 words per article per 1 hour.
5) In 1 hour you have to deliver minimum of 3 re-written articles

Your working time is minimum: 9 hrs per day
Our pay:
1st Week is a Trial Week: RS 40 per hour
2nd Week is Entery Week: RS 45 per hour
3rd Week is Entry Week: RS 45 per hour
4th Week is Entry Week: RS 45 per hour
2nd Month pay is: RS 50 per hour

Your working time is minimum: 8 hrs per day
Our pay:
1st Week is a Trial Week: RS 40 per hour
2nd Week is Entery Week: RS 50 per hour

4th Week is Entry Week: RS 50 per hour
2nd Month pay is: RS 55 per hour
