Build a Big Affilate Website Project - (Looking for a JV with a writer)

This is not only a job, this is a JOINT VENTURE. Everyday I will give you 3 topics to write about a niche. If I am satisfied with your work, we will make a long term collaboration. This will be a long-term writing job and a chance to get many 5* reviews. You're required to: Be a native english speaker Be able to do a throughout research of both products and topics. Be able to integrate main and long tail keywords naturally. Be able to make a well-structured article. BE ABLE TO INVEST 50% OF PROJECT BUDGET (around 500$). Don't apply if you don't want to invest some money! We will invest 50-50%, I will take care of Keyword Research, Structure, Website, OFF-PAGE Seo (link building strategies etc) and you will take care of content (3 articles daily for 3 months). After around 4-5 months, I estimate that website will make a MINIMUM of 1000$ per month (500$ for you per month). After at the end of every month I will split with you the website earnings and I will sent them with Paypal, Western Union, Bank Wire etc. We will make an online contract before to start ! After a year or two I'm planing to sell the website for [login to view URL]$ and we will split the earnings. Don't plan to apply if you can't work hard and if you don't want a long project! You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: You agree to invest 500$ in project at the beginning for the project expanses (SEO, VPS, Hosting, Domain etc) ? (with an online contract, you will own 50% from the website ) You understand that this is a long-term joint venture and you will be payed monthly after the website will make money? With my estimations, 500$ monthly minimum after around max 5 months. You understand that you will need to write everyday 3 articles well written with at least 1000 words each? For extra-security reasons and for extra-trust we will exchange our ID photos. In this way you will can be sure that I won't run with money and I will invest in the project. If you are serious, I will include you in other projects and you will can earn really good money, more than you will earn like a Freelancer Writer.
