Below is the question I have recd from my attorney. I have prepared the answer but need help to proofread and adjust the content accordingly. Please provide us a more detailed description of Mr. X’s U.S. role with further detail provided in the percentage breakdown. Please see the link here for the OOH’s description of what a Computer Systems Analyst does. Further, please ask that Mr. X explain how his education prepared him to perform each of the more detailed duties of the role. For example, if it were accurate, he would note Duty - Documenting existing process flows (providing more detail about what that entails) – X% - Courses in Effective Documentation and Presentation and Information Systems Theory and Application provide Y knowledge of how to do Z thing to enable effective documenting of existing process flows. Without the knowledge of Z, it would not be possible to know how to properly document the process flows. That is to say – he would provide a much more detailed description of the particular duty, provide the percentage of time he will spend performing that duty, and then explain (using his actual course work) what knowledge he gained in his coursework that was essential for him to have to perform that particular duty.
