We need a systematic review and meta-analysis followed by writing a research paper on “Impact of Night versus daytime taking of antihypertensive therapy on cardiovascular outcomes.” In this work, first perform a keyword search in databases like Medline, ISI Web of Knowledge, PubMed, Embase and Cochrane etc to collect as many published literature on the topic as possible and then, screen them by inclusion criteria/exclusion criteria and read through the full text to collect relevant information following PRISMA guidelines and finally perform meta-analysis in a step-by step approach, and then write the research paper. The length of the paper should be about 4000 words including Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions. The cited References will need to be listed at the end, but will not be counted for the wordcount.
