I need an artist

Inspired by something I saw in the link below. I'm looking for an artist to create a picture of my Sister and her Son as classic cape wearing super heroes. I want it to be a Christmas present so that's the dead line. I want it in bold bright classic comic book colours so it appeals to my nephew. I want my Nephew to be able to recognise himself so you must be good at faces. I don't have an exact size but A4 to A3ish if it's a physical piece - if it's digital obviously I can choose the size – I’d like it to be frame-able (if that’s a real word). I’m in the UK, so if you only do physical artwork probably best not to pitch as I won’t trust I could get it shipped to me in time. THIS MUST BE THE ONLY COPY. My sister goes to great lengths to make sure my nephew is not plastered over social media and websites and I absolutely respect that, so this isn't a piece you can use in your portfolio! On that note, the photos I provide need deleted once you’re done with them. The poses, scene and costume design I’m happy to leave to your creativity.
