Business Proposal for Software Innovations

I have been working on my two favurite areas i.e. Anti Piracy & CRM-Banking Application(s), The research is almost 90% complete but due to financial constraints it is taking more time, if there is anyone in the world who could be my business partner then we can just sit and talk and decide when to go ahead, I am ready to give a share of 50%.
