Installation of Microsoft asp.net core web application in desktop through installer

I have developed a web application on Microsoft dot net core with mysql which I want to install on local machine is users through installer after making code of projects protected

If anyone having the experience of making a installer for publishing web Application may connect me. And if they have any sample work already done will be preferred.
