Need a Online E-Learning Application development in ASP.NET

ELAS (Employment Law Advisory Services Ltd) will be introducing a new online E-learning system that will enable employees to complete online courses that are made up of modules that will be a series of slides that can contain text, pictures, sound or video. Once an employee has viewed a module they will then answer multiple choice questions and a pass mark will be set. To begin SaS will only be focusing on providing a health and safety course for the educational sector, however, the system must be universal enough to cater for more courses that will be added later.
