9812 Simple quotes database

We need a simple database with two fields: Short Text Field Long Text Field We are using ASP and MS SQL. The information that is being added are "quotes". The short text will be about 1 sentence the long text will be a couple sentences long. These quotes will be placed on every page at this website for which I have already designed how they will be displayed: [login to view URL] (look in the lower-left corner where it says "Read What Our Customers Have To Say".) Everytime a new page loads, the quotes should be chosen randomly from the database. The short text version will be displayed and we will want the "Read More" link to link to a page that pops-up to display the longer version. I would prefer to avoid Javascript pop-ups since pop-up blockers tend to block those. I have used a technique that just opens a new browser window but forces it down to certain dimensions that you specify. This seems to work fairly well. We do not need an admin, we can simply enter the data directly in the database table.
