PLEASE READ BEFORE SAYING YOU CAN DO THIS FOR ME. I have built a complete mortgage banking web site but i am lookign to expand on all of the functionality. I would liek to professionally rebuild the site with all calculations carrying throughout the site. this is a web based platform. YOu must be famailiar with all of the necessary documentation and formulas for this kind fo project as well as all documents form GFE,TIL,1003,1008, FHA app., Fannie Mae format and exporting. we will also build a data base of state specific fees that will automatically populate base don teh state the loan will be issued in. PLEASE HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND HAVE WORKED ON THIS TYPE OF PROGRAMMING BEFORE, A KNowledge of point clayx, genesis, or any other system is required
