Assistance with sending data to webservice from classic ASP

I have a form that i built in Html and it was initially intended to insert customer records into a Sql Server database. However, the project changed and now I need to be able to submit this customer information to a database using a webservices API. I have the documentation but have never worked with webservices before. It seems very straight forward and I'm only submitting basic details such as name, address, email, phone, etc. I'm looking for someone to assist me in getting this completed. I need it done in 5 days.
