pagemanager aspx installation

Install pagemanager .aspx into admin on our aspx site - please see....

To install pagemanager sucessfully will require a thorough understanding of the ASP.NET framework to ensure you successfully hook in to every page load where required.

Please advise on experience and timeframes and open to suggestons on other prodcuts to achive the same aims...changing page names and meta tags from one page in admin,
