Web TimeSheet

I an in an urgent need for a web based timesheet to integrate witrh an existing secure site and use the existing logon. 1) Each manager ,with their unique login, has a team of employees, based on cost centre or location, where timesheets are completed on a per pay basis, and date basis. 2) We require an asp page to build the timesheet based on the contents of a database file which will contain all the field necessary to build the timesheet. 3) It needs be flexible with a naming convention that picks up the fields and build the timesheet with the fields across top. Some managers will have small a few components others will have many. 4) All timesheets need to have the manager cost centre & pay period & pay process on top The actual timesheet fields are: empcode The employee number empSurname Employee Surname Status F/T, PT, Casual and Auto Pay components These are norm, OT, T1.5, T2, Meal, Bonus Commission. In these fields you enter a numerical Leave Annual, Sick, Personal 4) Each leave type needs to bring up a small calendar window to select the from and to date and record this under the leave type and allow entry of hours. 5) Once the timesheet is submitted it needs to be date stamped with the Process number (this is a sequential number) and converted into a .csv and stored in the timesheet folder. A notification email is also sent 6) This folder can be accessed via submitted timesheet link on the same page, and allow the user to view and download the timesheets. 7) The page also needs an "upload timesheet" link which allows the user to browse attach & upload a timesheet into the same folder.
